We arrange transportation and related services through third-party carriers, agents, and service providers.

We do not operate vessels, aircraft, or trucking fleets unless explicitly agreed otherwise.


3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and lawful shipment information

  • Ensure all cargo descriptions, values, quantities, and classifications are correct

  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs requirements

  • Properly package, label, and prepare cargo for transport

  • Obtain any required permits, licenses, or approvals

The Client is responsible for all consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information.


4. Quotes, Rates, and Charges

  • All quotations are estimates unless otherwise stated

  • Rates are subject to change due to carrier surcharges, fuel adjustments, port fees, or regulatory changes

  • Additional charges may apply for storage, demurrage, detention, inspections, or delays outside our control

Payment terms will be specified in invoices or service agreements.


5. Payment Terms

  • Invoices are payable according to the stated payment terms

  • Late payments may incur interest or administrative fees

  • We reserve the right to withhold delivery, documentation, or further services until outstanding balances are settled

The Client remains responsible for all charges incurred on their behalf.


6. Cargo Insurance

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, cargo insurance is not included in our services.

The Client is responsible for arranging adequate cargo insurance to cover loss, damage, or delay.
If insurance is requested through us, it will be subject to the insurer’s terms and conditions.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Freight Cargo Global shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses

  • Our liability, if any, is limited to the value of the service fees charged for the specific shipment

  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers, customs authorities, ports, or third-party service providers

All claims must be made in writing within a reasonable time.


8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • War, strikes, or civil unrest

  • Port congestion or labor actions

  • Government actions or regulatory changes

  • Carrier capacity shortages


9. Customs & Regulatory Compliance

Customs clearance and regulatory compliance are subject to government authority and interpretation.

Freight Cargo Global does not guarantee clearance timelines and is not responsible for delays or penalties resulting from regulatory actions, inspections, or documentation discrepancies.


10. Third-Party Service Providers

We may engage third-party carriers, agents, warehouses, or service providers to perform services.

Such parties operate under their own terms and conditions, and Freight Cargo Global is not responsible for their acts or omissions beyond coordination duties.


11. Confidentiality

We treat client information and shipment data as confidential and use it solely for legitimate business and operational purposes, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.

Use of our website is subject to lawful and appropriate behavior.
We reserve the right to restrict access or modify content at any time without notice.


13. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

Termination does not relieve the Client of outstanding obligations.
